DIY Sleep Sachet Kits

Create your own relaxing sleep sachet from a selection of 5 aromatic bedtime herbs, choose to add from the two soothing essential oils and top it off with a calming amethyst stone. Simply place under your pillow to enhance your rest. 

Kit includes ~

- 2 tbsp of organic rose petals
- 2 tbsp of organic lavender blooms
- 2 tbsp of organic chamomile blooms
- 2 tbsp of organic peppermint leaves
- 2 tbsp of organic mugwort
- 1 (100% cotton) muslin bag
- 1 ml vial of lavender essential oil
- 1 ml vial of clary sage essential oil
- 1 wooden, herb scoop
- 1 amethyst stone
