Our open concept space offers a rustic wall of raw brick and circa 1900's original hardwood floors with an elegant and bespoke tea boutique feeling.Bring your own food and decorations and add our Tea Service Packages for a unique, tea experience!
Want a little more privacy? Opt to add our white shutter room dividers to segregate your group away from the general public during business hours.
Teacup Package : $8.50 per person
- Choose 1 tea or herbal infusion to be served with honey, sugar, monkfruit + cream options.
- Rental of vintage tea cups and saucers is included.
- Plate of 3 tea biscuits (vanilla - spiced - chocolate covered)
- All event guests get a 10% discount off all products in the store, during time of event.
Teapot Package : $12.00 per person
- Choose 2 teas or herbal infusions to be served with honey, sugar, monkfruit + cream options.

Purchasing this reservation for your ParTEA event is simply your non-refundable deposit and cleaning fee. Contact us to build out your event with our tea packages and add ons to make your event qualiTEA! Call (719) 313-9904 to reserve your time and date!
* Table seating is limited to 8, but shop seating can accommodate 14 individuals during business hours. Seating can accommodate 25 individuals during after-hours.
CHINA RENTAL : Teacup + Saucers are included with the Tea Packages. Antique china plate, bowl, salad plate, water glass and charger rental | + $2.50 per person *If china rental is added, the cleaning fee becomes nonrefundable.
TABLECLOTHS + NAPKINS : Tablecloths with cloth napkins | +1.50 per person (includes laundry fee)

Rent this space AFTER normal business hours for $45 per hour (15 minutes prior to reservation and 15 minutes after are free for setup and take down.) After hours are on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-12pm and from 5pm-9pm and on Monday-Friday from 9am-11am and from 5pm-9pm.
Additional hours accrue at $45 per hour after business hours. Extra time automatically begins after scheduled 15 minute clean-up time. Extra time will be billed to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY : $125 minimum due at time of booking an after hours event. Includes $100 nonrefundable deposit and $25 cleaning fee. Cleaning fee can be refundable after 24 hours of event, if cleaning guidelines are followed. Remainder of charges will be due upon day of event. No refunds will be given for cancellations, but your event may be rescheduled. Rescheduling your reservation must be made 24 hours in advance of your event, otherwise it is considered cancelled and will not be able to be rescheduled.
