Our Midwife's Remedy Herbal Sitz Bath Tea blends organic Calendula, organic Lavender, organic Sage, organic Plantain, organic Comfrey, organic Uva Ursi, organic Witch Hazel bark, organic Yarrow & Epsom Salts together to create a soothing aroma with a healing touch, transforming an ordinary bath into an extraordinary experience.

|| SITZ BATH TEA DIRECTIONS||

Submerge one hand-filled bath tea bag or ¼ cup of loose herbal sitz bath in a reusable muslin bag in a clean tub of water at desired temperature (we encourage a warm bath). Allow to steep and soak for 5-30 minutes. Discard use bath tea after use.
