Steep 1/2-1 tbsp of herbal tea in 8 oz. of hot water (212 degrees) for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold and sweeten as desired.

*Want to try something different? Add raw honey or stevia to add hint of sweetness, to complement this relaxing brew.
